It looks like simutaneously an incredibly awesome and probably the most depressing movie ever created. I love disaster movies and apocalyptic movies, so I'll be wanting to go see it on opening night, if possible, but if you are a 9/11 survivor, a Katrina survivor, or any other natural disaster survivor, even the trailer may be triggering.
