Is it working?
Well, in a word, yes.
I had to make myself eat last night and tonight, because I just wasn't hungry. My stomach didn't feel empty, my tummy didn't rumble. I finally ate last night and tonight because I was starting to get a headache, but instead of being hungry when I saw food or eating quickly, I had to convince myself that it was necessary to eat, and even then I foound it difficult to finish my Lean Cuisine.
